This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
You are entitled to a full refund if:
• The item is faulty
• It does not match the description
• It does not perform as expected
2. Change of Mind
If you purchased online, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to cancel your order for any reason — unless:
• The item is custom-made or personalised
• The item is digital content that has already been downloaded or accessed
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
1. Contact us at returns@shey.co.uk within the applicable timeframe
2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging
3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
• The item was damaged by you
• You knew the item was faulty before purchase
• The item was returned outside the refund window
5. Digital Products
Refunds for digital products are only available if:
• The product is faulty, or
• You have not started downloading or streaming the content
Once digital content is accessed, downloaded, or streamed, your right to a refund may no longer apply.
